Return Window:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Tampered, opened, or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or as part of combo offers are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other reasons (change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return an eligible product and place a new order.
